June – August 2024

We’re dialing up the competition and putting four Grow to Win (GTW) – Winners Circle Trip spots on the line—plus more exciting awards! Drive growth and bring in wins for Team Ecolab for your chance to join the podium.

12 total winners will be selected across our four sectors: Institutional, Industrial, Pest Elimination and Global Life Sciences!

How It Works

  • Focus on accelerating volume growth to bring in victory!
  • June – August performance will be evaluated by leaders in each sector.
  • In September, each of the 4 business sectors will award 1 Gold medal, 1 Silver medal and 1 Bronze medal to top-performing associates! That’s 12 total winners!
